- Our monk fruit ingredients are produced from our registered plant varieties which produce high quality fresh fruit, and are grown by our contracted farmers.
- Monk Fruit Corp’s farmers adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures for cultivation and harvesting.
- We have an extensive team of farm advisers working with our farmers to ensure on best practice and our Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
- Every batch of product goes through a rigorous QA process.
- Our production process uses only FDA approved processing aids.
- We are GFSI certified (BRC and FSSC 22000) and our products are also Kosher and Halal certified.
