BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE WORLD’S LEADING MONK FRUIT COMPANY
Monk fruit has traditionally been grown on steep, forested mountains in small family orchards, so until recently there hasn’t been very much of it. For generations growers have carefully nurtured their vines then hand-picked the fruit each harvest before selling the fruit at their local market. The fruit would then be dried before being distributed throughout China and the world where it has been used in Asian communities for centuries as a low-calorie functional beverage and food ingredient.
To meet the stringent quality standards of our global food and beverage customers Monk Fruit Corp has established a dedicated grower network that exclusively cultivates our monk fruit seedlings using world-class horticultural methods. Just as in years gone by our growers hand-pick the fruit at the peak of ripeness. We then use our patented all-natural process which captures the delicious, low-calorie sweetness of the fruit as a concentrated infusion, concentrated juice or powdered extract.
